McGarr Service Corp. is a family-owned business that employs approximately 400 community residents. We are committed to:

We are committed to providing people a safe and professional environment in which to live and work. In order to achieve this goal, we strictly adhere to a comprehensive selection, hiring and training program for all our employees. Our philosophy also includes growing at a manageable rate so that we can maintain a high level of personal attention to each client’s needs. At McGarr Service, we believe that the time that we spend cleaning and securing a client’s property can be some of the most important time spent in the building. We make it pleasing to the eye, clean to the touch and safe as a working environment. We are able to deliver this high level of service because of the time that we spend listening to and working directly with our clients. We care as much about your building as you do.

Interviewing & Hiring

We believe that HOW we hire can be as important as WHOM we hire. We walk our employees through our careful evaluation process, advising them of strict rules and procedures, and of our adherence to all government regulations.

Training & Safety

Our clients are eager to hear how we manage costs and prevent on-the-job injuries. They like that we perform customized training which is specific to their property. They want to know that we continually educate our employees on the safe use of chemicals, emphasize honesty, and promote OSHA rules awareness.

Equipment & Chemicals

An important component of our program is the high tech equipment and effective but safe chemicals that we use. The days of buckets and brooms are gone. We are on the leading edge of the industry in employing high tech and green cleaning methods.

On-Site Management

Our clients experience a great sense of satisfaction knowing that we manage our employees on-site. Our continuous supervision and follow up provide the tight controls necessary to assure quality.

Service & Follow Up
